The Moon, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter are the only planets with more stars than they have planets

Retrieved February 26, 2019 05:00:51 PMThis map shows how many stars are in each of the planets in the Solar System, along with their mass and orbital period.
The moon is not included because it’s not an actual planet and it has no stars.
Jupiter has only a few moons and the Earth orbits the sun.
The Sun is also not included in this map.
In the bottom left corner of the map, you’ll find the total number of stars that are in the solar system and how many are orbiting the Sun.
The total number is in parentheses and the orbital period is in seconds.
The stars are numbered from closest to farthest.
This is a handy way to track the orbital periods of stars like Mercury and Mars.
Jupiter is circled in yellow, the other planets are red.
