Juventus have agreed a €30 million deal with Astra Zeneca, according to the Daily Star.
The Italian side has also agreed a fee with Milan for the player.
“The deal is for a contract for 2018/19,” Juventus vice president Stefano Pessina said.
The deal will be presented to the board of directors at a special meeting on Friday, Pessine told the paper.
As well as Astra, Juventus have also agreed an agreement with AC Milan for Lazio’s Giampaolo Spalletti, according the Daily Express.
Juventus have already sold a player of the year, Andrea Pirlo to the Serie A champions, and signed a striker in Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli.
According to the Express, the club is now targeting a target of a €20m buy-out clause for the 25-year-old.
It was revealed earlier in the week that Juventus had also agreed to sell Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Real Madrid, after the Swede was fined by the Spanish club for racially abusing a referee during the Champions League semi-final against Borussia Dortmund.
